So to make a long story short, I have had some success running 4 accounts on 1 iphone using mobile proxies (rotating before switching accounts).

However, with Instagram's new policies and frequent algorithmic updates regarding account integrity, all accounts have been suspended. I still want to run up to 4 accounts per phone, and using a mobile sim is not an option.

Any suggestions of how to run a good setup based on my limitations?

If all 4 accounts were suspended, Instagram is likely detecting the account-switching and IP changes. A more stable setup is to keep each account on a consistent IP, avoid frequent switching, and avoid automation or repetitive actions.

There's no reliable way to bypass Instagram's detection systems, and trying to do so usually increases the risk of suspension.

I agree with that. If multiple accounts were hit at the same time, I'd be looking for common signals rather than assuming a different proxy provider will solve it. A lot of people focus on IPs, but platforms have become much better at identifying patterns across accounts.

The other thing I'd consider is whether anything changed recently. If the setup worked for months and then suddenly failed, it could be related to account behavior, content, or a policy update rather than the technical setup itself. In situations like this, understanding what triggered the suspensions is usually more valuable than rebuilding the exact same system with different infrastructure.

Honestly, if I were in your position, I’d worry less about constantly rotating IPs and more about making the accounts look like they’re being used by completely different people. Taking it slower, keeping sessions consistent, using older accounts, and avoiding identical activity patterns across all accounts seems to work a lot better now than relying on proxies alone.

You're focussing on the wrong variable. People even manage 50 accounts on 1 phone just fine. There is something else wrong in your setup, for all the accounts getting suspended.

Instagram is currently tightening its account management measures, so even previously active accounts can be flagged. Instead of trying to circumvent the rules, I would focus on building accounts with natural activity, complete and verified information, and avoiding behaviors that could easily be perceived as unusual

If all 4 accounts got suspended, the proxies probably aren't the only problem. I'd try making each account look more separate and maybe test with fewer accounts per phone first. Sometimes keeping things simple works better.

It's become harder to manage Instagram accounts lately. I've been blocked a few times myself.

In my experience stability tends to work better than constantly changing signals. Running 4 accounts on one device is becoming much harder these days. I'd focus less on frequent proxy rotations and more on keeping each account consistent with its own IP profile and usage pattern.
