Instagram proxy and link questions

I've got 2 questions regarding Instagram automatization.

1. What's the best proxy provider in 2019 working with Jarvee? I used sslprivateproxy 1 year ago and it worked fine then. Still good? What proxy do you use personally?

2. This question is about link/linktree. I can see only one page there, i mean one link linktr.ee/mylink (example). If I add one particular link to many accounts, will i get banned? Or instagram is okay with that? I thought that with linktree you are able to add many links, for instance linktr.ee/123, linktr.ee/12345, linktr.ee/123454554 and put every single link to every account. Or i'm mistaken and this option is available with PRO option? Please explain.

2: don't use the same link on too many accounts and you can use linktr.ee/15?XXXXX to make it look unique and all lead on same url
