Instagram Proxies & Accounts Questions

Hey guys, I've got a question regarding Instagram Accounts and proxies.

I have read that one needs aged IG accounts + proxy to use them with an IG bot.

Now do I really need aged IG accounts or can I create new accounts and use them with good proxy? I heard that Good Proxy is the key and one can use it with new accounts as well.

Also what IG bot would you recommend? and What Proxy is the best for IG??
