I have one main Account, that is for my Camgirl Portal.

Im sharing sexy pictures of me but not that harsh/rude adult stuff.

Where and how can I get real followers, doing follow / unfollow works for sure, but takes in my case very long.

Are there any good Promoting Services that offers that? Like other Girls promoting my Account etc?

Any girls / guys here that grew there Channel and can share their experiences how they did?

Well i used to own a babe niche account, pretty big it was 29k when i sold it.
Grew in the start w f/u but that does not work today.
Comment on other girls posts, like every single comment from guys and ask the girl if they would do s4s on story.
 
Shoutouts.

Whether they are paid or done in exchange, start researching good accounts that are interested in SFS or cheap promos. I'm talking a $15 post with accounts that have over 50k followers and a decent engagement rate.

But then again adult is very tricky when it comes to shoutouts you run the risk of having the wrong sponsor and their audience can turn against you and report you.

So take it with a grain of salt and pay cheap
 
DM other pages in your niche and ask for s4s as mentioned before. I did this for some of my accounts and clients. On average, depending on the pictures I wanted them to post, the accounts could grow between 100-500 followers per day. Remember that some of the people that do s4s might delete your picture after 1h, 3h or 12h and some of them could also post it as "close friends".

But If you have 50-100 people to do s4s with, be aware of it will take a lot of time sending DM's and posting the stories every day. It might look spammy on your account, but it grows..

If you wanna buy shoutouts, you have fiverr, shoutcart etc. I think it's a lot of them websites if you google it

Maybe is off topic but can you tell me how did you monetize that account?
 
Engagement groups with other cam/babe accounts where you all promote each other by going through rounds of liking and commenting on posts from other people in the group

I usually see accounts commenting on other Instagram posts a lot, they are mostly adult accounts. However, their accounts are always set to private in order to prevent Instagram from banning the account. The crucial factor here is to have an attractive PFP so that people follow your account even if it's set to private. In your case, private setting would be much better since it's in the adult niche if you ever plan on promoting using comment section.
 
i could say that girls niches are 100% easiest niches in instagram! There are so high follow back rate that i was in shock. If you do it correctly with targeting, and target real persons not bots then follow back rate could be amazing. And whats more interesting you just need girls avatar to get essy follows backs ;d
