Use hastags, comment to other people posts, like other people photos (open specific people profile and like 5 -10 photos at once, they will notice you) if you are from third world country sponsor your post you will get good engagement for cheap.

I agree with Alex. There are some very experienced Instagram users that work magic with hashtags. Personally, I have looked and pretty much copied very successful hashtags from a similar category to leech off of them and it definitely worked. Also, adding a not-so-popular location in your locations will make you appear at the top of the locations for a long time if you boost the post.

maybe you can just buy any Instagram service from reliable service provider -- such as instagram followers, shoutouts, likes etc
