My instagram profile was hacked. They changed mail and phone and I can't enter anymore. I followed all Instagram instructions but nothing. Anyone can help me?

I have helped hundreds save their accounts from hackers, so let me give you some help.
As long as they haven't enabled 2FA you should be fine. Even with 2FA recovery is possible, yet pretty harder.
Here's how you recover your account:
Go to the basic login page, click on "Forgot your login details? Get help logging in.".
Once you click on that, enter the username of your account as it is now. If the hacker changed the username, make sure to use the new one.
When you write that down, click on "Need more help?" at the very bottom of the page. Everything after that will be self-explanatory.
TIP: Try using a device that the account has been used on before.

Ecco come recuperare il tuo account:
Vai alla pagina di accesso di base, fai clic su "Hai dimenticato i dati di accesso? Ottieni assistenza per l'accesso.".
Dopo aver fatto clic su di esso, inserisci il nome utente del tuo account così com'è ora. Se l'hacker ha cambiato il nome utente, assicurati di utilizzare quello nuovo.
Quando lo scrivi, fai clic su "Hai bisogno di altro aiuto?" proprio in fondo alla pagina. Tutto dopo sarà autoesplicativo.

Then you need to reach out to support. Get through to a rep by going through the same procedure, instead of sending an email to yourself though go through the alternative of flagging your account as hacked.
Meanwhile, send a fuck ton of e-mails to Instagram's support. Keep spamming them with a similar e-mail 2-3 times a day till they start responding.
These retards will take years to take action except if you're lucky and persistent. Find more and more ways to reach out to Meta.

I tried but it says link expired. The activation emails no longer exist because the mailbox automatically deletes the mail before 3 months.

Much as it feels like banging your head on a wall, the best thing to do is maintain constant contact with the Instagram support team. It may take a while before it actually gets anywhere but it sure beats sitting on your hands about it. If you're able to verify your identity, then it's all the better.
