Hi guys... I have been having problems with the popular page for the last few weeks(since 15th of June). Sometimes the photos can't get popped, sometimes they fall off the pop page after posted, and sometimes they popped after two hours...Is there anybody who suffers this problem? I found out many big accounts such as celebrities, soccer players and etc who all face with this bug... Thank you..

To get rid of the smell go down to the local fishbowl pick a number, hose it down - Done fishy smell gone - then you can get pretty explosive and very messy...

I have been always popping... Every 10minutes minimum 1000likes...

I have been using this account since november 2011, more than 350k... But I am not alone, some of my friends also face with this problem... There is a kind of bug or glitch...

Sorry, seems like I read your post wrong.
I meant the way to reach it with bot accounts & bots.
I got roughly 350k and and in 10 minutes I collected over 1k likes.. This situation biases only few account, looks like a glitch..
I have tried to contact with instagram many times but they never replied...
I have the same problem as you. I have an account with over 600,000 followers, it used to reach popular page everyday. But after around 15th of June like 3 days before the video update, it didn't reach popular page anymore. Then after a few days it started reaching popular page but not always, maybe once a day or twice and that was after 2 hours, sometimes after 45 minutes but when I go to popular page the photo is never there.
Also I've noticed that smaller accounts that very rarely used to be on the popular page are always on the popular page now, accounts with 200K followers always reach popular page, but before the update they never reached.
I think Instagram changed the formula for us who always reached popular page, but then I looked at celebrities like Tyra Banks, they reach popular page all the time even after the update. It is so weird...
I get around 900+ likes a minute. No I am not joking, my photos get around 50,000 likes in 3 hours, but it still won't let me get on the popular page.
It's all because of that damn video update!

June 14th was the last normal day of Pop Page. they are trying to introduce video more so they re putting videos ahead of pictures for pop. After a while of video it will probably go back. Maybe like a month?

I totally agree with you... All these happened to me... I sent many mails to support but no replied... I only post landscape photos... Tyra Banks is following me lol

Do you think that it will go back as it used to be? I don't think so because for example AwesomeInventions have 1,5M followers and they rarely reach popular page now, but before the 'glitch' they used to always be on the popular page. But for example Tyra Banks who has the same amount of followers, still reaches popular page everytime even after the 'glitch'...
