"Instagram Password Reset" but nothing has changed

Hello BHW community,

Sometimes I get a notification that Instagram logs me out and says the account owner has changed the password.
However I am the only one that has access to the accounts and when I try to log back in, the password is still the same.
Have any of you experienced the same issue?
