Instagram One week Ban (Following)

I've been banned 24 hours often because of my following on Instagram on my main account(1,400 follows per day). I've been growing a lot lately and I didn't care I just waited 24 hours then follow people again. But now I've been banned for the whole week and I'm scared to be permanently banned on my account on the future because I'm already close to the 100k.

Has anyone been banned for a complete week? Do I need to stop following people for a while after this? Or just really slow down?

I'd suggest slowing down to below 1k/day, maybe even more for a while considering your acc might be close to banhammer.

Yes, I have to slow down obviously, I was gaining about 500-600 followers per day, I wonder how can I make that much followers without the method.
Buying shotouts every day would be very expensive. I grow about 150-200 followers per day without doing anything now, but I just wanna scale up.
 
Jesus, I stay around 300-600. Changing within that count all the time. Over 1k seems excessive and just asking for a ban, so I don't do it.

I've been doing 1200 per day for months and never got banned, then I escalated to 1400 and didn't get banned in the beginning, then I started getting banned every 3 or 4 days till this one week ban.

Ayyyy, that's painful. But what did you expect..

As some people said, scale down. Since you are so close to your 100k, I suggest to just follow around 600 people a day, this way you will be safe for sure.
Just don't push it, you are not in a hurry.

Yeah I'm gonna have to calm a bit with it, goodbye to gaining 500-600 followers per day tho :(
 
100k in one account is already good. you don't need to fo/unfo tech to grow up your account now..
but if you're going to continue, 300-600/day is more than safe, I've seen people using it without any probs.

What would you recommend me to do now to bring larger amounts of follower per day without liking/following? Shotouts? Investing on very good and exclusive content?
 
Week long ban is pretty normal these days. Try to follow less than 1,000 forna change.
 
Dude you're about to lose your entire account. Take a step back and rethink your business model. If this is your experimental account, then fine, test the limits, see how much you can push and report back. But as others mentioned, if you don't want to lose this account, scale down, my conservative rule of thumb is stay around 500 follows (400-550). IG has been getting tougher and smarter than previous years, so the stuff in the past may not work as well now.

For starters, why not use the big one to do shoutouts to grow 5-10 small new ones. If all 10 are growing at 100 a day, then combined you're growing at 1000 a day.

How are you monetizing?
 
I think you should wait for 1 months or more before you start following a lot of people.

You should increase the following step by step i think

It's a personal account legit account. I monetize offline, I don't need to use cpa's or clickbank campaigns. Is basically just for more credibility for offline business and getting campaigns.

I just wanna go into the 100k's of followers. A lot of models are already there and I wanna look bigger without having to buy fake followers that drop everytime you breathe lol.

That's what I keep hearing from several people, but I was getting banned every 2 or 3 days for 24 hours, one time for 48 hours. I did everything manually BTW. So I'm afraid of going too far.

One tip for everyone: Everytime you're banned don't try to follow immediately after the ban is supposedly gone, wait another 12 hours or even more because if not the ban extends for another 24 hours, been there.

Yes during 2013 that same account was warned like 3 times, then I stopped for a while, like 2 months and got back on game. But I made this thread because I gained huge huge momentum and now the hype is going down, because the engagement is gonna drop without this many follows per day. It sucks!!

The same situation happen to me 2 weeks ago i was only banned to follow anyone for 1 week exactly. I was still able to like photos which i was thankful for. But this was my first time getting the 1 week of not following. I just don't know whats Instagrams new limits are now a days especially since they keep updating the app i do not know the new regulations. I am close to the 100k mark as well and i do not want to risk and have that happen again or be even banned for good. Has anyone ever been banned for good for following a lot of people or liking a lot of photos?

Hey I've been banned 7 times since I wrote the OP, banned for a week 2 times, but I decided to stop since I can grow organically and I've passed the 100k long ago.


I think you should just place safe and stay within the limits, I don't think they can permanently ban someone who has a 4 year old account with more than 100k, but in reality we never know, so I just follow sometimes within the limits and that's it for me.
 
Instead of following, try commenting and liking. I know insta doesn't ban (as easily) for like-spamming. Your follow rate from liking is much lower (maybe around 1%) but its safer.
