I decided to start my own Instagram mentions business I kno the application to use but I can't figure out how to create accounts for the cheapest price. Is there a way to register accounts only using simcards (in my country 0,65$ - 1.2$) or is there something else like IP-telephony-thing?
By the way 100 accounts give 28800 comments per day (144000 mentions) or I'm wrong?

You can use smspva for verifications
Btw you cant do 288 comments from 1 account
 
Yeah bro, those are some insane figures. Unless you're buying accounts of an amazing quality, there's no way you're reaching 288 comments in a day's time.
 
You can contact a wholesale provider, as for the verifications I'm not sure if textNOW still working as a free service, but there are others, they charge you like 0.15 per verification.
 
288 Comments in a Day is not possible,Actual Limit is 25-50 a Day depending on the Account's Age,Trustscore and History.

Also to note that Instagram can detect Mentions done by an Account so they might either Block you,Ban you or shadowban your Comments if aggresively done.

You need lot of accounts for this. You can use rotating proxies to create many IG accounts.
