Do you think Instagram mentions can be an effective tool in 2019?
I bought 2000 mentions recently just to try it out and I am sure I received a few followers, but not really sure about the exact results.
And if it is effective, what do you think is the best way to use it? My best guess would be to use mentions for giveaways, where hundreds of comments with tags are not that strange + the tagged person might be interested in the prize.
