I'm opening a instagram management agency, currently I already have my own instagram network running.

Currently I'm planning on focussing on local business to generate new customers.

But my question is are their better / more creative ways to generate more new customers?

What I would do for you, conduct an audit of their current situation by proposing what you can bring them. It should take you about ten minutes per customer potential.

Then you send them all by mail and in a few days, why not call them to bring even more values.

The first customers are the hardest to get, then word of mouth and the evidence that it works should do the rest

Good luck with that as everybody and his dog is doing that, i get about 20 mails per day from agencies that want to grow my accounts

LOL, i do that management shit myself and i can tell you it is a lot harder to get new clients, you need to give them something special.
