Instagram loop PVA

although we stopped the automation of bots on some customers, instagram continues to ask for PVA.
also on my account where I have ceased the actions for more than 2 weeks, instagram started asking me for PVA checks after a few days and still asks me every day, how can I solve the problem? I'm practically not using instagram

1. Light solution: Use a real SIM for PV and let the number after PV, don't delete it. Log out from any device using that account, uninstall IG, let it rest for 24-72 hours and then install IG and log in again.
2. Hardcore solution: Temporary disable your account for 72h, enable it again, post something and run a promotion ad. Put like $5 budget for 3 days.

I'm testing the first solution, in 2 days I try to reinstall the app and see but I think already tomorrow will ask for verification again, which I won't do because I won't have the app installed at that time (correct me if I'm wrong)
