is usa sim needed for the process or we can achieve it with only isp org proxy @Frank_liam

if you want use proxy in mobile phone use third party application to use socks proxy. dont put proxy in wifi settings , they only help with http and ig app uses socks proxy

hey i tried the http isp proxy with air proxy but my account got suspended. as soon as i created it if i try with socks5 will it work? and the app airproxy doesnt support socks type

I don't know if proxy is enough, I use sim card + USA residential proxy... Airplane mode activated cuz it change the country code to my country code if it is on...

Very stange... yes delete your old logins. Close your app and delete instagram app and wait 24h before reinstalling the app... it can work.
In my case : Every time I changed proxy, the location was updated on Instagram.
