Instagram Location of Proxy

Does IG take into consideration, the location of your proxy/4g, when determining whether to action block you or not ?

Example : if you typically access IG on a mobile device within the 50 states, usually just one city/area, and then all of a sudden are popping up in Italy, does this raise red flag to action block you ?

When I used to run clients' accounts management back when Jarvee worked so well for ig, I'd require the client not to perform the actions I was automating. It didn't matter if they lived in the US while my proxies were EU based, everything worked fine. I still think it shouldn't cause any problems if done right.

i think it only shoul be mobile but not depends on location
