INSTAGRAM LIVE- USER UNABLE TO JOIN

So I've been going Live for a while, and recently discovered that my Lives may not be reaching Top Live anymore and there are a lot of users in my Live that are listed " Unable To Join " . Does anyone know why this is happening? I can't guest users either that are " Unable To Join " either. I naturally get a lot of users to my live, bc i have a large following on the account but sometimes will boost it to guarantee Top live. Could this have something to do with it?
