how can i fix it i heard its because of proxies

i heard i should change to residental any suggestions?
if yes which company do u reffer i need israeli residental proxies ?
also which package should i buy and how much should it cost monthly?
if i have 150 users on jarvee how many ports i need and how many accounts i should put on each
