Instagram : Less actions, better target

Hey guys, i've been reading things on BHW for a while now and it's time for my first question, but first of all, thank you all guys for all the great content and tips you are providing! As soon as i've interesting things to share i will for sure to give back for all i've received
So my question's about Jarvee, i've few clients to whom i'm selling growth services on instagram and as all of you know, things have changed, i've decide to communicate with my clients about it and now i'm trying to sell less followers but more targeted.
Following this goal i've decided to go for Jarvee, which is definitely the best tool i've found to target in the more accurate way possible, with all the options available in this tool.
So my question is (and i've asked Jarvee but no answer, i guess that they are having a hard time with all these Instagram changes and have no time) i want to target people speaking french (i'm french btw which may explain my quite bad english ) so i've putted in the follow settings : "follow only" females with french langages (to give it a try) and i may say the results are not really good, sometimes speaking english men are followed, which is not quite what i've expected..
I'm using the followings sources : hashtags and accounts in english about nature (like #nature #mountains etc.)
Has anybody experienced these options and haveyou got advices to give me to succeed with that?

I'm not quite sure how to answer that, mine is accurate when i Set the filter for my targeted audience

Try using french hashtags only. I used to use dutch hashtags only, this worked for me very well.

Thank you for your answer, actually i'd like to use english hashtags used by french users, as most of them use hashtags in english :/

Try following profiles that INTERACTED with french posts of your niche/hashtags, or with french profiles of your niche. That way, most of them are guaranteed to be french, just set it to be females. Maybe you'll have a better conversion ratio.
In few french words: copier les followers (sorry my french is bad af)
Example: the last post of french account X is exactly the post with my niche and hashtag and they are all french female+male. Just follow all the females that liked/commented that post.

or use the geo-location targeting sources, you can target countries only, so france, cities like Paris, or even areas like Champagne. Using only french based hashtags works, as well as target User-ID sources, then you only enter the names of French Influencer profiles.

This is actually a good one, geo-location in combination with french hashtags will give you french users.

Thank you, this tip is interesting but it does'nt really help with my problem, i think i'll wait for Jarvees' answer about it but nice post!

I didn't see it but is this possible to make a combination like nly interact with hashtag + location for example, i'll check that out, thanks a lot

Use the fliters, to increase the quality of the followed people

Jarvee and other tools will usually get you many unrelated, bad quality followers, bots who follow back automatically. However to minimize that as much as possible, you should collect list of names male/female French, Arabic, Turkish, Asian.. that you want to target or avoid, then in your filters target accounts with likes on last posts, with more followers, use geo-location sources too, you have many options but still this will all help you only to minimize bad followers but you can't avoid them completely, you will always get some followers such as teens with bad and random photos.. With all latest problems on Instagram i would advice you to not risk your client accounts whatever limit you think will work they might get blocks or lose accounts completely. You better do other methods like M/S to grow their accounts.

Thank you for this answer, what am i suppose to do with all these names? Is there a place to put them?
I don't think that Instagram want to delete accounts that automate actions, i feel like they just want to get rid of behaviors that lower the global user experience, like porn DM's and automated accounts, fake accounts etc. but i will watch out, thank you for the warning
The M/S method seems fine but to takes a lot of work :/ not sure if it'es really worth it, also it won't match with all of the clients brand image i guess

You can add foreign names to the filter within Jarvee
