Instagram Insights bug?

Over the last couple of days in my post insights below "Website clicks" I have "Calls" and I get about 5-10 every image. My phone isn't listed on my profile as a contact option, it's private and also I'm not getting any actual calls thankfully but what the fuck is this then?

Anyone else have this in their insights?

Well not sure about how they can call you eventho its not listed as you stated but the numbers are just clicks, doesnt mean they actually call you.

Yeah but it seems so weird to me that they can click on something that doesn't actually show up. Is it some kind of new bot that scrapes phone numbers? Although I highly doubt Instagram would leak that shit.
When I go and check my profile from other accounts there's no "Call" section
 
If you dont mind sharing your profile private I can have alook. Otherwise Im sorry never experienced something similar
 
Public/Business profiles often have a call button. You did phone verification, right?

Yes but I have my phone number hidden and my contact option the email.

I have the same bug but its not with call it with sticker clicks sometimes it just glitches or it doesnt even show the Insights
