[Instagram] I cannot send an appeal

Instagram disabled my account and when I tried submitting an appeal, it cannot find it from the records. Does this mean that they deleted it? It only happened a few days ago, my niche is on photography (professional headshots) and I think the offense was the mass DM I did (sent around 40 DMs).

Any idea what is happening? Can I still recover this? Thanks in advance
