Instagram help with posting urls

Ok so i need help with instagram in the past i have post url in the website section and this resulted in my account auto ban. I would like to know if i could post the url in the comment section? or even the caption of a photo. I water mark my pics but i think if it was in the comment or caption then people would actually go to the url. also does it matter if its a blog?

Can any one tell me if I will get banned if I put my blogspoturl and tell people to visit my site on the caption of a picture? Would I be banned if I put my blogspot URL in my bio please help

Could i check out out? whats ur ig? im so nervous because my main instagram got deleted by putting my blogspot URL in the website section!
 
Screen Shot 2013-08-19 at 11.45.27 AM.png can someone tell me if this URL is okay with instagram. And does it matter how long my blogspot url is or any words that i use?
