new account share photo with tag only can searched by myself,other account can't find it for search the tag,but if use computer each accout can find it,have someone know what's the reason?

Guess he's trying to say that other people cannot find his photo based on the tags. Only himself can see it.

share phone with the tag,use this account can serach the tag can find the photo,if use other account search the tag will can't find the photo.is instagram banned the photo,i can search the tag find it use computer website,i have tried use many new account,all have this problem
