Put it into the captions. They have more impact in the caption than in the comments.

I saw an article with research on the subject. In short here is the outcome to which they came.
1. 87% of brands prefer to place hashtags in the text of the post.
2. Posts of accounts with less than 100 thousand subscribers have higher rates of impressions and coverage when placing hashtags in the post itself.
3. Most brands use either 7 or nearly 30 hashtags, and post them.
4. Engagement rates depend on account size, number and location of hashtags.
5. Posts with hidden hashtags in the text have higher engagement rates.
6. Posts of accounts with less than 100 thousand followers receive on average 1-2 comments more if hashtags are placed in the first comment.
7. On average, posts with hashtags in the first comment get a little more likes.

Sometimes profiles do that just to keep their captions clean and not look like spammer posting a lot of hashtags.
So Its totally on you, from my perspective it doesnot have any huge effect but if you wish to experiment try it and see for yourself.

I noticed that for me if i put more than 3 hashatags in the caption, my post disappear from them after 5/10 minutes.. if i put within 3 hashatags in the caption and then the others in the comment i'm in the recent post of them. Anyway, in both of case i i don't receive any impression from them. *Cry*

Hastags in comments won't contribute much. Just stay focused on those you use with caption.
True, maybe it depends on the account and every account is different with different "story" behind so we can't be sure
