Instagram Hashtags not working

This profile I used long time ago(6+ monts), so if it was shadowban I think that would have passed a long time ago. I was using around 20 hashtags.
But, I was using another profile on the same device where I got removed one of my posts because I was selling followers,likes,views... So, do you think it happened because of this?
And for how long I have to wait to use hashtags??

1. How many followers your account has?
2. Do not use spammy hashtags like: #Follow4Follow, #likeforlike, #shoutoutforshoutout etc...
3. Do not use banned hashtags
4. Use correct sizes of hashtags : your IG profile
5. Feel free to use all 30 hashtags, test by yourself what kind of number works best for you
6. Use hashtags in caption
7. If you are not sure you are shadow-banned:
   Create your own hashtag + use hashtag with minimum posts (1k less). If you are unable to see yourself in tags “Recent” posts, then you are shadowbanned. If you can see your post there then your profile isn't shadowbanned.
8. Your account hasn't been active for 6+ months so it is obvious that you wont get that big reach on your first 1 - 10 posts (you need to recover your engagement via posting at least once a day)
