Instagram hacked??

Whenever i lately posted a picture, my account got tagged on a picture with 4 other people, by an unknown, now comes the point, there are 100.000 other users, who tagged 5 people on the picture, and i thought in the beginning, that it we're fake account to get attention on one goal account, but no, they we're all active accounts, some also with 40k followers, all english speaking users, and they wrote with the tag something in arabic.

How is this possible?

Yeah, i also figured out that it has to be a bot, but the crazy stuff is, that you can't have thousands of fake IG accounts who are strong active as a account for "botting" where these fake accounts even have more followers than the user

This is easily one person.

What is your assumption, a group of arabs actually hacked the platform?

That's way less likely, compared to one person who has a website that uses an instagram developer application that authorizes the website to post from the instagram accounts as well as/or getting their credentials and storing them in a database to be used later.

Use you're head dude.

No one hacked instagram, someone was most likely just able to generate alot of traffic to a website that requires your instagram login and they saved all of the accounts and are using them via an application, or less likely just a normal bot matching proxies with locations.

Just because you can't think of how to do something doesn't mean it's impossible, just that there are smarter people out there than you.

the comment system not that hard but i want to know how he get all users username from a hashtag "i guess" and include there names automatically in the comment ?????
 
Dude, you're the guy, never thought about this way! Now we just need to track which website it is, I'm gonna write these users and post the wesite here

That post is more than 2 years old. You should look into bots, which work and and get regular updates. Such bots are Followliker and Mass Planner just to name the two most popular on BHW.
