hi everyone, my instagram account has been hacked and my contact information has been changed. subsequently the account was disabled. can someone help me?

You can contact Instagram support by phone at 1-650-543-4800 or via Instagram's online Help Center
 
If you post on HAF and find people who can help you get your account back. It can be done. :)

They don't have phone number. If you can't contact them through app. What makes you think they have a number?

70% of information on google is either misleading or wrong.

contact Instagram support , Every time anyone face such issue without wasting much time one should always contact support they will definitely help us.
 
The best way to get access to hacked or suspended accounts is with media parnter access to send a request directly to someone inside Facebook, I've had one of my client's account hacked before and a friend of mine that has media partner access managed to recover his account by getting in touch from his panel. It was a smooth process and he got his account back in less than an hour from request.
 
in this case you need contact support , send email with all details . maybe even call .

Google doesn't own it's information it's normal people like me and you that upload information to Google and I'm sure you know that
