The best way to get access to hacked or suspended accounts is with media parnter access to send a request directly to someone inside Facebook, I've had one of my client's account hacked before and a friend of mine that has media partner access managed to recover his account by getting in touch from his panel. It was a smooth process and he got his account back in less than an hour from request.
