Instagram hacked

Hi, what if i have the main email i created my instagram with and the actual date of it,
how i can get my account back if i can proof all the stuff in my account are mine,
i was linked my insta to Facebook but the hacker unlink it so i cant log in with it,
but i can see the hacker Email and the Phone he linked to my account is thats helpful?
i need help so if you know pls help.

Just report the account as hacked to IG support. They helped my partner to recover theirs when the same thing happened.

Contact support. Tell them everything you wrote here. I think Instagram is used to situations like that. And when you get your profile back, turn on double authentication.
