Instagram growth problem

Hi guys i'm trying to grow 2 instagram pages but one of them is just growing too slow,

i have the first one on the anime niche, with around 5k followers, i have insane engement ratio, about 30% to 40% sometimes even more,

in the other hand i made a page in the travel niche, with good content and now it has around 400 followers and growing slow, for about 80 followers per day,

settings are 1400follow per day, for the anime niche, and 1000 follows per day for the travel niche,

am i missing something guys? please any tips are appreciated

Travel is an easy niche to grow. I think its just matter of source. You need to find better target source to gain more follow back

Exactly what I was going to say, change your target and create 3 sets of template for 3 days and rotate the messages. The messages should consist of 15-20 different hashtags for each template
