That's too risky, do posting too on those child accounts like a real user, you can use a scheduler, or outsource it to a VA, since it'll take so much time on your end.

You can post with them too, that’s actually what makes the setup look natural. Accounts that only like and comment seem suspicious after a while. Just make sure each one has its own small touch, different captions, timings, or content style, so it doesn’t look automated.

If you are posting, then post reels. Reels will help get you organic traffic through the explore page. If you to engagement (Liking peoples post and things of that nature to get there attention), then you should look into automation tools.
