Instagram Gore Reels

Hello!

How is it possible that some people can "bypass" the insta's filters and can post gore/death reels without getting banned?
I got a couple of these reels while scrolling and I'm wondering how they do that. Even saw extreme violence with like very bloody MMA fights...

Maybe its a matter of time they will get tracked down, or when it gets enough reports. Do you have some example?
