The limits are reduced now for everyone, since last year september. Some accounts can still do 120 a day whereas some just 50-60.

Slowly warm it up. Start at 10-15 followings a day and increase it by 20% every day. It will take a week or two to reach 200 followings a day but this is the safest way possible

Keep working on it for few weeks, it will increase gradually but make sure to warm up your account properly.

You need high quality content and a lot of bots that work with the mother-child system. Basically the child accounts promote the mother account and you don't bot on the mother account.

interact more, i mean try liking, commenting, or sharing posts regularly. Just go slow with it to avoid any restrictions kicking in.

As many advise above you need to make quality content, and do a gradual growth of followers, if you have content and stable several days in a row to go followers start with say 50-60 gradually limits will grow, the main thing that everything looked organic for a new account

Do not use the word "technically" because it's exactly technically how you can get past this limit and follow more than 300/day even on shitty and worse quality accounts that have previous offences etc
