I have been making Instagram fan pages for a few months and after they get to a certain point I would sell them, it worked well but in the past few weeks, they are getting shut down even if I make them private.

I didn't say anywhere in the bio that it's a fan page but I didn't message anyone, I just posted pictures.

Does anyone know what could i do to prevent them from being shut down? Should I add in the username or bio that it's a fan page, would that help?

You need to add the word "fanpage" in your page name and toss some creds to whoever took the original pic.
 
If you clearly state that it is a fan page, you may not be banned anymore. Just try to do it this way for some time, you can prevent it happen again.
 
are you creating the accounts from the same device/ ip that you made and sold the other accounts from? It could be linking all your new accounts with your older accounts
 
Yeah, your accounts are probably being flagged. You're gonna want to be transparent with your page being a fanpage only or run the risk of shadowban or worse.
 
Most of the fan pages are getting shut down.

I lost about 5 last month that have up to 100k followers which was crazy.



Infact on one of the accounts, the model I created the fan page for messaged me and we chatted only for the page to be taken down later even though she was cook with the idea of her fan page.

Although I know 2 others was reported by the models themselves because they messaged me too.
 
Most of such accounts get banned because they are reported by the OG Poster whose content you are reposting in the page. Try to give credit in every post, mention its a fanpage and also add a line like :

DM for Removal so if the OG Poster doesn't like the content or the fanpage idea they will dm you first instead of directly Reporting
 
There could be a problem with the IP address that you used with the accounts.

A good IP or proxy is required to create a good profile page
