Seems weird because it always says to contact the person who's copywrited when you report it. You sure the influencer didn't change their mind and not want you to repost them? I've dealt with that before .

i've contacted him , lets see what happens.

Contact your influencer for help if he agrees you might get your page back once you get it back.
Just take his permission whether you can post his photos bcos he's a influencer many brands use their photos for the commercial usage and they get paid for their photos so in this case if you're using their photo the brands may not like and it comes under copyright issue.
Once you get your acnt back (good luck) try to post images which has no paid partnership or brand tags on it.

Photoshop him in with your code... try to find an easy angle then do some photoshop, clean the pic and done.

how long has it been? They probably are avoiding you if its been more than a week or so. Try commenting on their posts saying "dm ,we have a issue"

comment your issue on their pics if their PR manager notice you they'll try to reach you.
