Instagram Engagement issue

Hey,

I own a 65k followers account in the travel niche. I got around 3-6k likes on every post so far, but since the last few days my engagement dropped down a lot? Now my posts get between 1,5k -3k likes max? Why did that happen?
I am running this account with jarvee for long now.

Try posting the next few days and see the results. When I go to my insights, Sundays and Mondays have the least engagements for me.
I heard some people had less engagement after switching their account to business. Not too sure on that. Try it for another few days and see the results.
 
Not you. Low likes across the feed for everyone. It will go back up. Happened 3 times so far this year. Up and way down and back up
 
How long does it usually take till the engagement increases again? It really sucks with this rate...
 
Engagement has dropped for everyone it looks like. My followers have dropped by like half for the past 4 days probably due to instagram updates. Everything should go back to normal soon hopefully.
 
It really sucks... for me this lasts for over a week already
 
Maybe the main reason is Instagram updates .. you can wait for few days and see what happens .. keep posting like usual it will get fixed by itself.
 
For a handful of my accounts, my followback and engagement ratio has dropped by at least half. But I see others having it worse.
 
It seems to be across the board. I have 6 accounts in different niches and all of them have dropped significantly. It also goes for maybe your content? the last 4 posts i posted only got maybe 200 likes views but the last one got 800... this is on my travel niche account of 3800 followers..
 
But how can this happen? My impressions went from 500.000 down to 230.000? I mean thats insane!
 
Maybe don't use jarvee and automation since it's a bigger account? For an account of that size,you should start growing organically
 
Throughout the past three weeks, I have experienced a significant INCREASE going from an average of 13.000 likes per post to +20.000 likes per post, and my impressions are skyrocketing. Some of my posts are getting more than a million impressions. But, I have grown my account organically from the very beginning (no engagement groups, no automation, just posting content), so that might be the reason. I guess the engagement drop only hits black hat accounts doing automation. No surprise there – it has been expected.

Instagram is not that stupid, and they have the technology to detect automation. And now, they even target the elimination of these methods through their business objectives, so it will only get worse. My advice? If you want to be in the Instagram game in the long run, begin focusing on growing organically!
 
there’s a good chance if your engagement dropped considerably that you were shadow banned. reply to me if you want to know more i’ve gone through it a couple times
