The best you can do is focus on genuine interaction real comments and replies increase the chance your messages land in primary over time.

You could try adding subtle personalization in the DM mentioning their username creatively or referencing their content. Even small touches make ınstagram treat it as real interaction rather than automation which can nudge it toward Primary.

The account is flagged. In that case, let it rest for 7-9 days. From there, make sure to send around 10-15 dms per account. That will keep the profile safe and the messages can go into the main inbox.

Facebook automatically filters automated messages into the “General” tab, and there’s no guaranteed way to force them into “Primary.” Focus on encouraging engagement within the first message to prompt notifications and visibility.

In my experience, there's no way to force automated messages into the Primary tab. Instagram usually pushes DMs sent immediately after following someone into the General tab, so the most feasible approach is to encourage users to reply first with a simple question, and then continue messaging manually to gradually move the conversation to the Primary tab.
