Instagram deactivated | Help!

My Instagram account was suddenly deactivated right after I uploaded a story. Does anyone know why? It only says I violated Meta's standards. When I try to log in and appeal, it doesn't work. Is there any solution?

Could just be a temporary block? Maybe give it 24 to 48 hours before trying again, and try not to log in too often in the meantime, just in case.

Maybe you triggered some of their automated filters? Can be a false positive too. @Lukmat might have an idea about this. (He is a TikTok expert though so the 'maybe')

it just a personal account, just moved to another country (30days already) i haven't post anything, just upload a instagram story, and boom after 15 minutes they deactivated my account.

How old it was? Also, maybe use of VPN or something might trigger that.

It was your content/story?
Are you using a phone or automation?
 
Your account was likely flagged for violating content policies, and if the appeal isn’t working, try using Meta’s Help Center or the “Account Disabled” form to request a review.

Have you submit the appeal form after getting banned?
 
You can try appealing through the Meta Help Center or Business Support; sometimes using a linked Facebook Business account speeds up recovery , stay patient and persistent.

Oh oky your account flagged as suspicious due to IP Change or 2nd reason might be your story was harmless or that violet community guidelines.
Just send appeal your account will recover within 2,3 day's

I just uploaded a milkyway photo that i took from my phone camera, which i dont use any music / backsound for the photo.

i tried bu there no option like that, the notification always shown 'this account cant be find'

i dont upload any harm content etc, just a milkyway photos which i took it personal, after few minutes i check my instagram it was gone.
i will try to email instagram support just per today, and i will upadte here.

i don't recieve any email from instagram, they just deactivated it

anyway thanks for the help mate.
