Instagram Comments Scraper

Hello guys,
I've been looking online for a likes/comments users Instagram scraper service but I couldn't find any, I only found followings/followers users scraper which isn't a good thing for what I'm doing.


Note: I would prefer to pay for a service than downloading a tool and fight my ass with proxies and accounts getting banned, so if you know any service that provides that type of filters when scraping please let me know.
