Instagram - Can't follow anymore [flagged]

Hey,

I think (Which not sure %100), that +10 Instagram users has flagged my account as "spam" and due of that I can't follow anymore at the moment. So I just wonder what's my status now?, What you guys recommend?

Please advice, thank you,

Wait a few days, see if anything changes. How many followers and following do you have?
 
Let the account set idle for a good while, setup some more account and start building them up, and let those other accounts sit.

17,694 followers, 2,751 following, 6 posts. Being waiting for two days yet and nothing happened.

Good idea, but I am using only one account. This is my official business account. and lot of clients are there. I still can post, and edit comment, like, everything expect I can't follow, Shows Green, then blue back again. :/
 
after letting the accounts rest a bit change the proxies and it will work like a charm

Like how many "rest days", one day?, 1 month?, give me more information's.
 
one day is good ( but remember that that u have to change the proxies )
 
Idle for a while. Do nothing with it. Then try again. There's no other way out. If it's still not working, it's fried sadly (and probably your ip too).

Hopefully it will work. Otherwise I will try to email instagram support. And hopefully something good will happened. I will let you guys now. :)
