Instagram - Can't follow anymore [flagged]

I think (Which not sure %100), that +10 Instagram users has flagged my account as "spam" and due of that I can't follow anymore at the moment. So I just wonder what's my status now?, What you guys recommend?

17,694 followers, 2,751 following, 6 posts. Being waiting for two days yet and nothing happened.

Good idea, but I am using only one account. This is my official business account. and lot of clients are there. I still can post, and edit comment, like, everything expect I can't follow, Shows Green, then blue back again. :/

Like how many "rest days", one day?, 1 month?, give me more information's.

The thing is am on dynamic IP. each time i reboot my router I get a new IP.

Hopefully it will work. Otherwise I will try to email instagram support. And hopefully something good will happened. I will let you guys now.
