Jarvee can do this for you. On the other hand, I'm 50/50 in recommending it to you, at the moment, because it's experiencing issues right now and many of its users are being affected.

How do you find where the captions are saved with 4kstogram? I can't seem to find that option.

BHW member has the free service vurku (something like this). I believe it will save images and caption. If not contact them, they are pretty good at listening to new feature ideas

You can export the post data to excel and use that. If you need a specific format let me know and I'll add it in.

or find a better product than can automatically post images with captions as they are downloaded, these are supposed to be automation tools after all ;-)
