I have spoke to that guy and he says that u don't get the badge instantly, there's some kind of "panel" where u apply for it and he has a method to get it fast and they need to email you first, said his first account got it in 20 days and his second account got it in 2 days (both his accounts have less than 5k followers and barely any posts so I don't know, it is kinda weird)

Fact is that even if you have access to the panel to ask verification (the one the guy is selling for 150 bucks) your requests will be skipped as you need a Sales Representative in order to get it verified.

Thank you for this i can finally bring the guy down. He doesnt have afb rep and uses this page to verify other pages claiming that hes the guy he hacked. He forgot to unfollow one of the guys friends and i contacted him and his friend said that he had been hacked. I messaged the guy with the account now that and threatened to expose him and showed proof that i know what hes done, so he blocked me. I'm gonna make sure he goes down for this.
