Instagram automatically delete my new photo

Everytime I post a new photo, it is just keep getting deleted.

Did my account get banned, IP banned, or device banned?

Anyone know the reason?

Before or after they automatically delete my post?

I tried to post a photo without any caption and hashtag, but it is still getting deleted.
 
Maybe you're post-banned? Is that possible? Just asking.
Maybe you were banned for some pics and they decided to suspend your any future post for the moment.

You’re currently banned you’ll have to wait. Try again in a week. Some bans last longer than others

It seems I am able to post again. It might be post banned.
