Instagram automatically delete my new photo

Everytime I post a new photo, it is just keep getting deleted.

Did my account get banned, IP banned, or device banned?

Anyone know the reason?

You’re currently banned you’ll have to wait. Try again in a week. Some bans last longer than others

It seems I am able to post again. It might be post banned.
