In a few days, I will get 1K traffic, but now it's going down. How do I get the audience back?
What should I do now?

Help me, guys...

Could just be a temporary distribution change. If you were consistently getting 1K and suddenly dropped, I’d compare the last 7–14 days in Insights before changing anything.

Doesn’t look like a shadowban yet, you might still get picked up by the algorithm if you just keep pumping out content consistently.

First, review recent engagement and tag metrics for any abnormal spikes or drops. Rather than flooding the feed with new posts, tweak a few of your top-performing older pieces and republish them. Monitor the traffic response over the next few days.

the traffic drop could be from a shift in audience behavior give it a little time before making major changes

If by traffic you mean Reel reach, split the drop into follower and non-follower reach first. If only non-follower reach fell, check Account Status and recommendation eligibility before blaming hashtags.

Then compare the last 10 Reels by watch time, shares per reach and profile visits. Re-run one proven format with a different hook and change one variable at a time. Otherwise you won’t know whether the problem was the content or distribution.

Take a short break from posting, review your recent Reels, and test a few new hooks when you return.

Check what was working before and post more of that. Also dont change too many things at once, give it some time.

First I’d check which posts stopped getting reach, not just the total number. If Account Status is clean, compare the old posts that pulled traffic with the recent ones and see what changed in hook, format, topic or watch time.
