Instagram AI girl account suspended after five days of posting

I think it has a lot to do with the contents you posted. Certain themes, styles, or AI-generated content can trigger their system faster, especially on a new account.

Fast growth on new accounts can sometimes trigger instagram checks even without any issue especially in ai type niches so it is better to grow slowly and keep activity natural to avoid sudden flags

AI-generated face content is getting flagged by IG's automated review much faster now — their models are specifically trained on it. For the next account: different IP, different device profile, and mixing in at least some non-AI content in the first 30 days dramatically reduces the suspend rate.

I started posting on that instagram account for five days only, with one reel a day, nothing automated. I manually posted, write captions everything using Edits app. And now, OUT OF NOWHERE, no warnings, no reason, they just suspended my account. There are thousands of AI accounts doing fine, but why am I banned? Just while my account was really doing well with 2k followers in only five days and over 200k views. Now, all of it is gone.

This is really frustrating. I did not even accept any dms or did anything scammy, or repetitive yet this happens. I know there is no chance to have it back probably but, how should this really be done? What could've I done to prevent this from happening?
I thought instagram detect your IP if you use multiple accounts in your device

Dat's the whole device footprint.

If you run a new page on the same phone and Wi-Fi as your personal accounts, IG links them instantly. When that new account suddenly spikes to 200k views, the algorithm panics I guess. That's why OP got banned despite "manual posting."

But honestly, it's super frustrating that IG does these crazy aggressive audits now. A couple of years ago, you could easily run 5 accounts on the same phone without breaking a sweat.

Instagram probably considered your account to be a bot due to rapid growth + high activity on the new ID.
Keep growth slow at first
Show some human activity
Keep content varied

Try conducting a series of tests to identify the specific patterns that trigger account bans.
Create several accounts manually using high-quality IP addresses-mobile proxies are best, or at least residential ones-and use different device fingerprints for each. Start using some of these accounts immediately, testing various methods and posting speeds, while letting others sit for a couple of weeks before you begin publishing content. 'Warm up' some accounts before their main use by mimicking natural behavior (scrolling, following, liking, etc.), and leave others without any warm-up. Also, try purchasing aged accounts and apply different combinations of workflows to them as well (warmed up vs. not, varying post frequency and volume, etc.).
It is crucial to link a unique IP address to each account and ensure that multiple accounts never connect from the same IP. Your goal is to make these accounts look like they belong to different people, located in different places, using different devices. Time zones must match the account's proxy location. By using diverse accounts and varied operational methods, you will be able to pinpoint the patterns that lead to bans. The key is to carefully analyze every single action you take.

Posting AI videos in itself is not banned on IG. However, the account probably engaged in other bot like behaviour like spam posting, mass follows, and mass liking comments.

Did you remove the synth ID (if its nanobananapro for example) and other invisible watermarks of the AI content before posting? That can also help.

It's frustrating that your AI art account was suspended without warning, especially given its rapid growth. Instagram's AI detection can be inconsistent, and it's possible your account was flagged due to the nature of the content or an automated system error

Seems like your AI-generated content might have triggered some flags, even if you did everything manually. To prevent this in the future, maybe try diversifying your content with more human-generated elements

That usually happens when a fresh account grows too fast or Instagram flags the content pattern as low trust. AI accounts need slow warmup, mix stories, comments, profile activity, and more human-style posting before pushing reels hard. Also avoid reused faces, captions, or hashtags.

You should appeal to the Instagram support in order to get your account back. Also if you're using AI content you should clearly mention it in order to avoid future bans.

Speed of growth has nothing to do with it. IG goes heavily against AI models now. There's a reason BHW's IG section is filled with people like you complaining about getting their accounts suspended. The way I see it, IG favours some accounts to motivate free-loaders like you to test your luck. Then they smash you hard whenever you try to do something like that. It's a vicious cycle of consuming..
