Instagram Advice?

Hi?

I have recently been experiencing issues with my instagram account...
And I was wondering if you had any ideas/thoughts to help stop this happening...

So I created the account about 2 months ago, and the other week I logged in and started to manually follow users in my targeted niche. On the first day I followed 50 aprox, the second day 100 aprox and the 3-5 days around 50 - 75. All whilst liking commenting ect.. After the 5 days I stopped to rest the account for 5-ish days, and when I logged back in yesterday, the account no longer lets me like/follow/comment...
Idk if this is just bc of my heavy manual following, or what. Btw all the comments were custom to the photo or image, I never repeated the same comment.

Any advice?

Idk if the fact that I have only logged in on my desktop
Yes I am using a proxy and I have tried changing the proxy
And No It doesn't give me a reason it only says "Error Try Again Later"
And yes I have waited 36-ish hours before posting this.

You're probably under a soft-shadowban, it might take 48hrs - 72hours to go away, then you'll be able to do everything normal again...

What type of proxy are you using? Public/private/shared or ipv4/ipv6?

Only way for us to know that would be to get more details of what you where doing exactly.

It could really be about your recent activities. You should minimize your follow/like/comment activities. It's very easy for Instagram to spot accounts doing so and ban them temporarily.

that's because of your recent activities, from Idle for 2 months then a sudden spikes of activities.

Try to bring the activities slowly up as days come by.

because of your activities of course. I have experienced it too. After i've slowed it down a bit, it gets better

I was following targeted accounts from accounts with similar niches. Going onto some profiles at random liking/commenting and following. I would comment/like on every 10-ish accounts on the list.
