I want to run a short 2 week sprint campaign retargeting accounts that have interacted with or had an interested in my instagram account.

You must have your own Instagram Ads account you can run this from for our instagram profile - I am stuck on facebook verifying our business annoyingly as we don't have a phone number as otherwise would do this myself.
