Instagram accounts per ip

if you use IPv4 proxy - 3 accs normal
if you use IPv6 proxy - 1 acc per IP

Once i run 10 accounts on same IP, then i got phone verification on all of them
so i suggest 2-3 accounts on one IP

I use 1 proxy for 1 acc

And in this case?:
I createt all 3 or 4 accounts with my Computer.
it is still useful to use a proxy or is it "to late" ?

I want to rund 3 accounts with FL and 1 account on handy (but the last one ist just for looking, no posting, not liking, nothing..)

will instagram ban a account if you keep logging from different ip locations ( rotating proxie server)

This question was asked here but with no answer and i think its good question so i ask it again.

If i go to coffee every day and run my FL here with 20 accounts and instagram notice it did everyone who was using insta in that coffee wifi get banned ?
I dont understand it how they know which accounts from that IP they can ban and which they cant ? How can they be sure that my home wifi isnt some coffee or bar and thats why many of accounts are on my wifi at once ?

I understand it when its from same device but i have 10 phones on each one i have 5 profiles because i sometimes need to upload manualy or make some settings changes etc. is this dangerous ?

I have 10 per IP address safely running. In the past I have 30, but I don't think that is safe lol
