If you still have the email, try recovering it with that first. If you've lost both the phone number and email, it's going to be really hard. You can try Meta support, but without proving it's your account, there's usually not much they can do.

If you can't access the account, you won't be able to delete it. Unfortunately, there probably isn't a practical way to do so.

In case the account has any personal pictures or vital information I would not consider attempting any random recovery technique but rather get in touch with Instagram customer service and provide as many credentials as possible.

If you lost the phone number, try Instagram’s account recovery option and select that you can’t access the phone or email. If you are still logged in on another device, you can change the phone number and email in the account settings.

if you are unable to access the account then what would do first is attempt to recover the account using the email address any other recovery means associated with it.if none of these work you can reach out to Instagram and let them know that you are unable to access your account anymore.it will be possible to seek help for account recovery and have your case reviewed.it would be best to take the official route first before considering any other alternatives.

you can get the account closed by visiting instagramdotcom/hacked and following the process

I believe the only way to delete it, is if you can recover through another method and select delete account
